Delegated entities return rosters to clients in incomplete, inconsistent, or incompatible formats to the client. This creates a significant burden for health plan teams who need to clean, validate, and ingest these rosters into the plan's template that ultimately will feed the plan's provider directory.

Certify's Roster Management product, RosterOS is a self-serve and user-driven product. The product allows authorized users, such as the client or delegated entity, to easily upload, validate, and produce clean files.

The RosterOS product includes features like field matching, error detection and review, suggested error correction, and clean and unclean file retrieval. It standardizes, validates, and ingests clean data into a cohesive provider roster, eliminating the challenges posed by varying roster formats and erroneous data which are common in the industry.

Data validation through RosterOS ensures that delegated roster files go through a process to verify that submissions meet the format and schema requirements of our health plan clients, including:

1. Ensuring fields have accurate counts and match the custom-built schema

2. Verifying data formats (i.e. ensuring NPI is 10 digits, DOB is in desired format, etc.)

3. Looking for missing roster fields (i.e. last name was not entered)

4. Matching delegated entity headers to health plan column headers

Yes, Certify's Entity Provider Data Management (EPDM) product allows clients to load organization level information such as practice location information, add any associated health plan enrollments and line of business that the organization is associated with. Clients can link providers to the organizations that they're associated with and will have the ability to click into the provider to view all provider data such as demographic information, license data, and information that is included in the provider roster.
