FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS:
What is included as part of your licensing offering?
Certify handles the end-to-end licensing process. We'll collect necessary data in a streamlined manner and submit complete licensing applications. We'll also follow up and communicate with state boards on behalf of the provider.
How long will it take to process my license application?
License approvals are dependent on the state and provider type, there isn't an overall timeline that can be provided as it can differ depending on the jurisdiction. However, our team will provide estimated SLAs based on our previous experience with state boards.
How does your workflow minimize provider administrative burden?
Certify has built our workflows to ensure we're only asking providers for information that we are not able to pull through our primary source integrations. In addition to our primary source data sets, we'll store any of self-reported provider data to apply for any future licensing applications. Our goal is to ensure that the providers aren't burdened to provide the same information twice.
How do you handle fingerprinting and notarization of documents?
We work with mobile fingerprinting and notary vendors to streamline both these processes for the providers. The vendor will accommodate the provider's schedule and meet them at their work location. Once the vendor has received the providers fingerprints or the notarized documents, they will automatically upload this data into our licensing portal.
Do you leverage interstate licensing compacts?
Yes, we work with both the Nurse Licensure Compact (NLC) and the Interstate Medical Licensure Compact (IMLC).
